Creator Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of 11/5/2026, by and between:
Disclosing / Receiving Party 1: Acme Brand Inc. ("Client")
Disclosing / Receiving Party 2: Jane Doe ("Creator")

1. PURPOSE OF DISCLOSURE:
The parties wish to explore a confidential commercial collaboration regarding: Unreleased Product Launch Campaign 2026.

2. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:
"Confidential Information" refers to any proprietary data, unreleased product samples, scripts, storyboards, campaign analytics, trade secrets, and embargo dates disclosed by either party.

3. OBLIGATIONS:
Both parties agree to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and shall not disclose, reproduce, or publish any materials to third parties or on social media prior to authorized launch dates.

4. DURATION:
This confidentiality obligation remains in effect for 2 year(s) from the date of execution.
