2. Permitted Use & Fair Use Doctrine
VidSaveTik is an independent technical parsing utility designed exclusively for lawful and personal use cases, including:
- Content creators wishing to back up, archive, or syndicate their own original videos.
- Non-commercial personal archival of publicly accessible media for offline study.
- Educational analysis, news commentary, scholarship, and research explicitly protected under the Fair Use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107) and international equivalents.
Any unauthorized commercial redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of third-party copyrighted materials without the creator's explicit consent is strictly forbidden.
3. Zero-Hosting & Ephemeral Transit Warranty
VidSaveTik does not operate as a media host, file repository, or streaming broadcaster. The Service does not index private content or permanently cache media files on its servers. All download operations parse client-supplied URLs and route the media stream ephemerally from public Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) directly to the user's local browser.

YouTube® and Shorts® are registered trademarks of Google LLC.
VidSaveTik is an independent third-party tool and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by ByteDance Ltd., Meta Platforms, Google LLC, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. All references to third-party brand names or trademarks are purely descriptive for compatibility identification.
5. User Representations & Warranties
By utilizing the Service, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:
- You hold legitimate intellectual property rights over the queried media, or are acting under an authorized license or statutory Fair Use exception.
- You will not use the Service to bypass access controls, technological protection measures (TPMs), digital rights management (DRM), or download non-public / private account media.
- You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VidSaveTik and its operators against any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your violation of third-party rights.
6. DMCA Takedown and Copyright Safe Harbor
VidSaveTik maintains full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe a link accessible via our utility infringes upon your copyright, please visit our dedicated DMCA Policy page or email our Designated Agent at emretknis0@gmail.com for expedited URL exclusion within 24 hours.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
