2. Non-Hosting & Ephemeral Proxy Architecture
VidSaveTik operates strictly as an ephemeral client-side parsing utility. VidSaveTik does not host, store, cache, archive, or duplicate any multimedia files, audio tracks, or videos on its servers. All downloads are streamed in real time directly from public third-party Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) authorized by user client requests.
3. Fair Use & Personal Archival Notice
VidSaveTik is intended for creators backing up their original works and users engaging in lawful personal archival, research, commentary, and educational analysis protected under the Fair Use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107). Commercial re-use without creator permission is strictly prohibited.
