TikTok Account Health Audit: How to Diagnose Shadowbans, Low Views & Guideline Strikes

The Reality of TikTok's Hidden Account Trust Score

Every account on TikTok is assigned an internal trust metric that dynamically updates based on community guidelines compliance, spam detection flags, user report frequency, and copyright strike history. When this score drops below algorithmic safety thresholds, your content is quarantined into '200-view jail' or entirely excluded from the For You feed.

1. Symptoms of Algorithmic Account Suppression

• 0% For You Feed Traffic: Analytics show 90%+ traffic from Profile and Direct, but 0% from FYP.
• Search Invisibility: Your handle does not appear in autocomplete search suggestions from external non-following accounts.
• Delayed View Trajectory: Videos take 12 to 24 hours to gain their first 100 views due to manual moderation review queues.

2. The 3-Step Protocol to Rebuild Account Trust

1. Audit and Remove Flagged Content: Set any video that received an algorithmic violation or muted sound notice to 'Only Me' (Private). Do not delete en masse, as rapid mass deletions trigger secondary spam alerts.
2. Clean Your Bio & External Links: Temporarily remove unverified third-party redirect URLs or suspicious link shorteners.
3. Publish 5 Native Original Videos: Film content directly using the TikTok mobile app camera without external edits to establish authentic human device authenticity.
